University of Reading: Accommodation
1 private double bed room available in a 7 bedroom 3 bathroom student house located in the heart of the student area opposite the Coop. 66 Erleigh Road is the house and it comes with off the road parking. There are currently 6 boys signed up for the house who are looking for one other student to join them. Monthly rent would be £600 per person, with bills looking at an extra £40 per person each month. The tenancy starts on the 1st July, and the contract is a year long which ends 30th June 2026. I can also share photos of the house. Please contact me ASAP if you are interested.
