Cambridge physical natural sciences students

Hello, can anyone lmk if Cambridge natsci students (physical) do essays weekly, if so how many and for what modules?
I have searched it up but it's all biological natsci students saying that they have essays but 0 physical natsci. If I meet my offer I will be picking physics, maths, materials and probably earth sciences (I don't think I have much of a choice since the only science A-Level I take is physics the rest is maths and mfl haha).

Phys natsci here, we don't need to do weekly essays (I don't know for certain if earth does, but it would be unlikely that they do weekly essays I think). We do have to do like a practical report or 2 each term/over the holidays though.

If you have any other questions feel free to ask!

Ooo thanks for answering and since you offered I might as well ask one more thing, how do you personally handle the workload, do you have time to revise or just go over lectures and attend supos then leave that for when content is finished?

The workload is quite constant, ie there is always some work that you can do or needs to be done. So for me what I have found is the workload sort of handles itself as you just settle into a daily routine of lectures then completing work.
For me, I like revising in chunks so I don't do much in term time, but with a good schedule it's very much doable.
