Aberdeen Uni Accommodation
Hello, I am currently looking for someone to transfer my tenancy to for next year (25/26) I rebooked my flat and have later decided to move back home for next year and need to find a replacement tenant. The property is The Student Roost on Pittodrie street (11 min walk from the uni) which is very modern and has 24/7 on site support for things like maintenance. The room itself will be in a shared flat and your individual room will have a en-suite bathroom included. Price is £6,560 but I have set it as an annual one time payment this can be changed to monthly payments of rent if you would prefer. You can look up photos of the place online. Please let me know if you would consider this or let any friends/family know about it and let me know so I can speak to reception about transferring the tenancy over to yourself. Thank you!!!
