EPQ
Does having a low grade in EPQ badly affect the chances of me meeting the conditional offers from universities? For instance, one university has given me two alternative conditions as part of their offer which are BBB or BBB plus B in EPQ. Another university offer subjects me to obtaining BBB whilst the alternative condition is BBC including an A in EPQ.

If you don't meet the grades for the EPQ, you probably won't meet the conditional offers. If you're doing the EPQ now or thinking about it, I would recommend putting plenty of effort into it as it really is a good way to get conditional offers. Best of luck!!
