Nottingham Trent Booking Accommodation

Hello,
I'm unable to book an accomdation at ntu, I have created an ntu account and I have already logged in to the accommodation portal. It says to go on the menu and click accommodation booking to start it... but there's nothing that says that. I'm at a loss on what to do. It only has the private halls link and nothing else, is the bookings closed, was I too late I've picked it as my first choice but Idk what to do.

Have you selected Nottingham Trent as your firm choice in UCAS? That's a prerequisite for being able to book accommodation there.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the accommodation booking system. Please rest assured there are plenty of NTU owned accommodation options that are available and should be open to book.

I would highly recommend getting in touch with our Accommodation team as they will be able to help troubleshoot the issue. You can reach them by email at [email protected] or by phone on +44 (0)115 848 2894. I would recommend giving them a call if you can as they can in some circumstances make a booking manually with you if issues persist.

don’t panic, Double-check if the booking window is still open for your student category on NTU’s website. If it’s open and you still can’t see the option, try switching browsers (like Chrome/Firefox), clear your cache, or use a different device. If nothing works, email or call NTU’s accommodation office ASAP—they’ll clarify if bookings are closed or fix any glitches. If on-campus housing is full, the private halls might be your backup (Don't be so averse to it. I think it's much more comfortable than living on-campus.), but ask the office about waitlists too. Act fast, and good luck!
