Cardiff Occupational Therapy 2025

Hey, sorry it’s taken so long to reply! Schools so busy atm. I’m thinking about Clodien but it’s quite a bit more expensive so I’m not sure. What do most people studying healthcare do? Thanks

No worries at all - I can imagine school gets really busy at this time of year :biggrin:

And that's totally understandable! I'd say that if you like the ensuite aspect of Clodien, but want somewhere that is lower priced, try going for any of the Talybont buildings (although Talybont North would be the cheapest!)

Honestly, I would say healthcare students are pretty spread out, there isn't one singular accomodation that screams healthcare to me haha. I think it depends on your priorities personally - some students prioritise night outs and student life, so they live closer to campus/SU, whilst others who want a shorter journey to lectures and placement might choose somewhere closer to Heath. Although, some healthcare courses have an extended duration so, there are a few options that offer accommodation specifically for healthcare students. In that case, you'd most likely be sharing a flat with other healthcare students. The university has a list of accommodations that offers this, if thats of any interest!
