Student finance, scholarships, grants

Can you please provide information. I received an offer to study BA (Hons) Games Art at London College of Communication. I am planing to apply for loan , I heard that there is also student finance loan and support. Its possible also get support if we are family on low income. My mother single parent and she is not working due to health condition. She is waiting surgery and receiving universal credit. Are there any scholarships , grants available?I did search but I couldn't find anything.
Where is the best apply for student finance loan? When I will get an offer accepted after I will receive grades or I can apply in advance? Thank you, any information will be usuful

I am 18 years old, when I will start I will be 19 years old. Full time undergraduate degree, full time. I am from Latvia. I have settled status under EU.

Thanks. We offer grants to students who have adult or child dependants. Otherwise you would be best checking with your university regarding any bursaries or grants they may have in place.
