Nottingham or Warwick for LLB
Got unconditional offers for both, which uni would be better for an international student tryna practice law in the UK, which has better prospects for US firms and hows the grading and difficulty to get a 2:1 or 1st in them.

Congratulations.
I would say it is extremely difficult to differentiate the 2 unis based on your criteria. I suggest you look into the course structures of the unis, especially on specialised modules that are not commonly offered like sports law, tech law and medical law etc. See which uni you like more.
