Hi I did the Btec national diploma is applied science (which is 2 A-level and not extended diploma) and A-level sociology. I got a D*D* and A and got into university of Sheffield to study biomedical science. I also have a friend that did extended diploma in applied science and got D*DD and study biomedical science at Warwick. Hope this helps
