Did I just firm the wrong University degree for what I want?

So I just put Law and International Relations from UoL as my firm choice on UCAS. But its a 50/50 degree so it's a BA instead of an LLB, restricting the optional modules concerning Law that I can take. Furthermore, I'm not feeling international Law as a career. I'd much rather do something related to Law and technology, but I'm not sure the degree would be that appealing when finding work experience relevant to that specialism. Did I make the right choice? What is your experience with joint-degrees?

You need to think seriously whether you want pure law. You need to act fast if you really want to change
