Does amazon apprenticeships accept grades that are equivalent to GCSE grades?

Hi all,

I've encountered an issue while applying for an Amazon apprenticeship. I have GCSEs in English and Maths, but the requirement is three GCSEs. However, I've also completed Level 2 and Level 3 Business qualifications. Would these be considered as an equivalent third GCSE grade?

Depends on what kind of level 2 you did

BTEC Level 2 Diploma in *subject* = Equivalent to 4 GCSEs
BTEC Level 2 Extended Certificate in subject = Equivalent to 2 GCSEs
BTEC Level 2 Certificate in subject = Equivalent to 1 GCSE

I may be wrong so just double check and do your own research

I did my vid assessment in December (towards the end) still waiting to hear back for the AC. I hope they have multiple AC as I’ve heard there’s been two already so i don’t know what order they are doing the process

What about you? And yeah I’ve heard for sales there’s been 2 AC which is confusing me as to what order they are offering positions considering I did my video interview in December & people that have done it after me have heard back about AC/offers as my application is still showing as active

Mines for sales / account manager London since there’s been 2 so far I’m sure there’s one more but it can take place any time from now - may so there’s still a chance . I think Amazon have some slight delays getting back to people with ACs

Yeah that’s what I applied to too! It’s strange considering I did my video interview so long ago but I’ve emailed for an update hopefully it’s good news. How was the AC what was it like?
