Should I consider studying A-level Maths or biology externally or am I fine

I am currently in y12 studying a level psychology, art and design and photography. Reason I picked art and photography is that I've been enjoy doing art in GCSE and got an 8 while photography I've had an interest outside of school. In my school there wasn't gcse psychology so I picked it for a levels after i found the taster day in my school interesting. Starting y12 i was thinking of a career towards the creative industry like advertising, graphic design or marketing, but after the first moduel I found myself enjoying psychology more than my other options and since then changed my mind to pursit a career in psychology especially clinical and forensic psychology.

After some research on entry requirements at different universities, I've been having some concerns on whether the options I'm doing right now would give me a disadvantage to get into the courses. From my research, the only top university in London that I can't do psychology at is UCL since they need another STEM subject but for other unis like LSE, Kings or Queen Mary to get into the course it only requires one subject like psychology to get into. But my concern is would my other 2 option affect my personal statement and would it affect my application in a negative way.

Recently I've also been considering about doing either Maths or biology externally since I got an 8 for both of them in GCSE. My question is should I be worried and actually do maths or bio externally or am I fine with the options im doing right now

For the unis listed its probably going to be worth doing another A Level, eventhough they don't specifically state they need another STEM subject LSE for example have a list of preferred and non-preferred A Level subjects - https://www.lse.ac.uk/study-at-lse/Undergraduate/Prospective-Students/How-to-Apply/Admissions-Information - 2/3 of your subjects are non-preferred as they're both basically A Level Art (idek how your school has let you do 2 A Level Arts?).

Maths is going to be easier than Bio to do externally as the practical element of A Level Bio is very expensive, unless your school let you do the practicals in their classes.

Sorry why are you shocked that a school has allowed two Arts A levels? it's perfectly normal.

The OP changed their mind and there is nothing wrong with the combination they are doing.
