Honestly that sounds like pretty poor feedback from your teacher, might be worth asking them to specify what they mean.

It's obviously hard to help without knowing how you write your answers, but it maybe sounds like you're making more sweeping statements rather than focusing in on specific details? So for example maybe youre saying 'the White armies were disorganised' without explaining how and why they were - eg talking about specific generals and how they communicated with each other. It also might be helpful to memorise a few specific details from each topic to add a bit more specific detail to your answers (death tolls, inflation rates, food production etc)

Thank uu🥲, That's really helped me on my revision planning. Quick question that are you mainly using the knowledges and details from the textbook or you do more researches? ( my two history teachers are holding completely different opinion on our textbook, one of them thinks the books silly and another one use the book all the time, it makes me struggle with the knowledge resource)

I actually did my a levels last year, but when I did I basically just used what was in my textbook (but also I was only aiming to get a B so if you're looking for A/A* I'm not sure if you would need to do more). My textbook for Britain was pretty rubbish though so my teacher would include broader information in the lessons.
