Is it worth getting the bronze meal plan?

It’s £22.61 per week for 40 weeks (£905 total). It includes 3 meals a week and a hot drink. I don’t know whether it’s worth it or not.

Good afternoon,

The Meal Plans can be a great way to cut down on your cooking; the bronze is a good meal plan if you mainly want food whilst you're on campus. Otherwise, the Gold meal plan works out at a better price, as you gain more meals for less. But the gold is most beneficial when you want to have your dinners and or lunches cooked.

The good thing about the meal plan restaurants is the buffet. You can eat and drink as much as you like when visiting the restaurants. This is good as you can pick and choose the foods you want, and every day there is a different selection of food.

I have written a blog summarising the different meal plans, which you can read here. It's only a small blog that takes about 2 minutes to read, and it has some helpful information regarding how meal plans work.

I have often eaten in restaurants as the food is high quality and very yummy. One of the restaurants makes fresh pizza, which is very good. The company which caters the restaurants is Clever Cuisine and they have very high standards of food.

I hope this information helps and you are able to make an informed decision.

If you have any more questions, please let us know.

All the best,
Ella
