Manchester uni accommodation 2025

Hi there, I have a room reserved for September 25 at Artisan Heights in Manchester. I am no longer attending university. Is there anybody who is interested in taking over my rent for their first year? PM me if interested and I will send you all the details. It’s a 30th floor apartment with stunning views of Manchester and an amazing clean, modern uni room.

Hi! I also have a room in Artisan Heights for Sept '25 - I just decided to take a gap year so it's available of you're interested. It's £220 per week - and it's amazing, really modern, ensuite, brilliant views across the city, free Tea and coffee in the shared spaces, table tennis, a cinema room, karaoke room...more like a fun hotel than student accommodation!

Hi @ameliastafford18 and @mimigwing

Might be worth getting in touch with Manchester Student Homes for some advice: 0161 275 7680 or [email protected]. They have an online noticeboard: https://www.manchesterstudenthomes.com/MessageBoard.

I also recommend posting this on the Manchester Student's Group (MSG) page on Facebook.

Hope this helps and you get sorted.
Mel 😊

Hi, I got offered Manchester gardens as my 1st yearaccommodation but felt it wasn’t worth the money so Ilooked at private ones. I found st Gabriel’s which is sameprice but nicer and has gym etc. I’ve paid my deposit for stGabriel’s but now I’m worried the social life will be so dead.I share a kitchen between 8 of us but I’m not sure if it’s justinternational students as it’s a brand new accom and quiteexpensive.Any advice and should I switch back to a student hall?

Hi,

Have you managed to connect with anyone in your St Gabriel's accommodation on Unibuddy? If you've had your invite to sign up to Unibuddy we'd recommend doing so as it's a great way to connect with other students on your course, in your accommodation and with similar interests to you. If you've not yet had an invite, then I would drop an email to [email protected].

Hope this helps,
Mel 😊

Hi @Mayaanth0ny

Might be worth contacting UoM Accommodation team or maybe Manchester Student Homes (MSH) for some advice. They have an online noticeboard: https://www.manchesterstudenthomes.com/MessageBoard which you may be able to post on. You can also get in touch with MSH on 0161 275 7680 or at [email protected]. I'd recommend also posting this on the Manchester Student's Group (MSG) page on Facebook.

Hope this helps,
