Thank you! Waiting on Imperial as well.
Hope your son will get an offer soon! I think he has a very high chance. I saw in another post a guy got a Math offer (with STEP) with a 3.0 TMUA

Good luck with Imperial! Is that your preferred Uni? My son didn't do STEP, so hoping 5.4 TMUA is enough. He's predicted 4 x A* in Maths, F Maths, Physics, Economics.

I think 5.4 TMUA is more than enough for Warwick. As long as your son meets the entry grades, I am confident that he will receive an offer.
Without Imperial, I will firm Warwick hands down. With Imperial, this would be a difficult decision for me to make (between Warwick and Imperial). I like the flexibility of the Warwick program (basically I can take more maths modules which align with my career goal). The quality of Warwick's courses / teaching staffs is extremely competitive with that of Imperial. However, Imperial has a stronger reputation internationally (and this matters to me to some extent as I am an international student, and hence may work in another country after graduation). But Imperial is like 20% more expensive than my costs at Warwick. So I would say if I cannot get any scholarship, I will firm Warwick.

Your son's predicted a-level grades are amazing. I would be very surprised if he does not get Warwick.
