Was also offered a vacancy today!! 🎉 in the courts! How long did it take from the initial phone call to recieve the instructions for the pre-employment checks? Not updated on my job application as of yet

Yes, I was told it may take longer. They do recruitment campaigns nationally instead of locally which is why I believe the process takes a while.
I did pass the assessment process last year but was put on a reserve list, wasn’t given a location I’d be able to travel to so I applied again for 2 different posts that were more local to me. There may not be a vacancy in that area at that time which is interesting! Just a waiting game

Hi everyone,
I recently had my probation service officer interview on 18th Feb still waiting to hear back from them as I have emailed them and they have gotten back to me saying it is still a waiting process, I know I did well but the way I am so nervous of receiving a rejection letter.
I was wondering if anyone applying or have applied before, how did the process go for you?
And what can you do after if I was to receive that rejection letter not saying to be mentally prepared to receive one.

Does anyone know roughly how long pre employment checks take? I know it’s different for everyone but I just wanted an estimation please.
