Harris Westminster Results Day

Hi, I have applied for HWSF and am waiting for my results. I don’t think I will get an offer but in the case I dont, what sort of grades do you think are needed to get in for results day?
I am doing Econ, Maths, Physics and history if that helps.
Thank you

I think that is for students with offers though. I am anticipating that the grades needed may be higher for those applying on the day without. Idk I might be wrong. It may just be done as first come first serve?

Wait so even if you didn’t get in and you apply on results day will they accept you?

What I understand from speaking to students at the school and looking at the admissions policy, is that if some people do not meet their offer grades/ do not turn up on results day to claim their place, it is possible for others to get in with certain grades despite not having an offer.

Even if you already applied and say didn’t pass the interview?

Im not too sure but I assume so. I know some places go to students waitlisted after interviews. But the general impression I got from students there at interviews, is that anyone turning up on the day, with good enough grades, is eligible to be offered a place. It may be worth emailing the school to confirm though.

Did you manage to get a place my daughter didn’t get in and was wondering will they accept her on results day with grade 7

Hi, Yes I got in, but through the traditional interview. It is definitely worth submitting your GCSE grades if you didn’t make it. Many students here did the same and seem to have gotten mostly 7-9 grades.
