Can I lose marks in my EPQ for too many sources?

I am two weeks away from my deadline and I have a total of 68 sources. Will this impact on my grade? Also has anyone got any advice on how to write my literature review and abstract? My teacher said our lit review should be a page long is this true?

It depends on how you use your sources. If you've used that many because you're using them as a replacement for your own opinion/work (for example quoting an individual rather than explaining your own reasoning) then I would imagine that would impact your grade. However if they're being used to support your work rather than replace it I don't think there's any rule that says you can only use so many

(I didn't take lit so I cant help with that bit sorry!)

There are no rules regarding sources. You just have to write about every choice you make.
If you have 68 sources, that's fine. There's no limit - although it might make it harder for you. As long as you mention all sources and why you chose them/why you didn't choose others you'll get the marks.
By literature review, do you mean source analysis (that's what it's called here)? Many people have gone way over 1 page.
I did it in table form. Type of source + source name + date, authors (+credentials), author's viewpoint, strengths, weaknesses, did i use it (yes/no), why?
