Have have unlimited access to (edible) ingredients. How do you make the best sandwich

I specified edible so people can't be like "I want a million dollars in a sandwich"

No drugs, no poisons, no silly things. Just how would you make the best sandwich for your personal tastes.
Smooth peanut butter and strawberry jam with no seeds
I hate texture in food, clearly

Seedy bread with strawberry seeds and peanut chunks is your worst nightmare of a sandwich? 😆

Wouldn’t be my favourite but would still eat it probably. The worst would cheese, lunch meat, and salad cos thats far too complicated as a sandwich for me (I acknowledge this is probably one of the most common formuli for making a sandwich…). I pretty much only tolerate peanut butter and either jam or honey 😅

See, that sounds like a very good sandwich to me 😂

I think we are very different sandwich people! haha
Honestly it would depend on my mood on any given day.

1) Cheese, ham and tomato
2) pate and cucumber
3) sausage, egg and tomato
4) mackerel in tomato sauce, cucumber and red onion

Any of those would be strong contenders for best sandwich.

I have never had a mackerel sandwich. What kind of bread is best? I imagine a baguette type bread for this would be best

For a toasted sandwich, then it's got to be cheese, pickle and... peanut butter!

If it were up to me it would be Ukrainian bread, but I just grab whatever loaf is in the house which is usually bog standard white medium sliced bread.

Now that is a rare combo! I knew a guy who would eat beetroot and peanut butter sandwiches. He swears by them

I came up with the combination by accident - I was trying to make the most disgusting toastie and ended up with the best!

But beetroot??? Noooo!!!
