I acc think it could be very good to mention it depends how you say it, if its natural to come up in your interview then deffo mention it eg if they ask why you chose to study DH you can mention as a dental nurse student you've worked alongside DH spoken with them blahblah its a shorter degree than dentistry 5 years and you can say you're keen to be qualified and actually see your own patients, you can say you've observed the manual dexterity and the tools and you want to be in their shoes/ be a DH. overall its great to mention even if you dont mention it directly you're already at an advantage being based in a dental practice you're acc seeing lots of dental procedures and have experience you can talk about (many people try to gain experience to shadow a dentist) meanwhile you're studying to work alongside one. you can mention the teamwork or how you want a step up in leadership etc the possibilites are basically endless

good luck in your interview btw 🥰
