Warner bros marketing and communication intern application process

I recently applied for a marketing no and communications internship at Warner bros London. I received an invitation to a pre recorded hirevue interview. Does anyone have any experience with this application process and know of the questions I can expect to be asked?

i’m in the same boat as you!! Have you done the interview yet? I have no clue what to expect haha

I have not done the hirevue. Kinda scared too 😅 from what I’ve found online it’ll be questions like; tell me a bit about yourself, what’s your past experiences, what media are you currently consuming and would recommend, what’s a marketing campaign that has resonated with you etc… but I’m not 100% sure honestly. Have you had any luck finding questions that might be asked ?

ahhh i just did it!! Took me like 2 hours 😅it was 2 videos and then 4 written questions and you literally got it spot on with the ones you’ve found online, i found similar and sort of prepared but the video ones were honestly fine you didn’t need much prep anyways very surface level

Ah thanks so much for the advice! Wow that’s a relief it’s only 2 video questions! Was expecting like video questions.Could I ask what the 2 video questions were? Is there opportunities to re record the video ones if you mess up? Like do you get a 2nd attempt?

you have a minute and a half (i think) to prepare for each question, and then like a minute limit on answering. you have up to 4 redos i believe and i used them all ahhah but you can’t watch them back after you submit them so defo make sure you’re happy before you submit them. One was about general experience and why you wanna apply, and then the other was about current events basically. Honestly get it out the way, it’s not too bad! Feel so bloody nervous now i’m waiting back for it

Not heard anything back yet also. The deadline for my hirevue was 16th march I think. Maybe 3 to 4 weeks after that I’ll hear back? But I dunno

same deadline as me!! Feels awful just waiting, I haven’t seen anybody else hearing back yet so hopefully it’s just taking a while🤷 I had no clue the recruitment process would take this long, feels like foreverrrrr, I just want an answer and reassurance😭
