How do you manage so many things?

I’m in highschool, doing highers right now, but I can hardly manage to get into school every day. I haven’t been to school for an entire day in weeks, and anytime i do it exhausts me so much i can’t go to school the next day, let alone studying when i’m home and etc.

My attendance is maybe 60 at most and Im only barely scraping by with Cs and Ds. I don’t know half the course, and at this point ive kind of given up. I don’t even have time for personal projects, or hobbies, and on the rare occasion i get asked to hang out it only tires me further.

There are people my age going to school every day, staying on for clubs, then going home to study, and still having the energy to play on the weekends, while i can barely manage more than 2-3 days of school a week.

Is it just that i can’t see everyone else is struggling because im absorbed in myself? Are the people in my school just way too motivated? Or am i the problem?

I know i’m not the only person in the world suffering and i know there are people who have it far worse than me, but the vast majority of people I see seem to be doing just fine and that’s what’s getting to me i think.

Hi! Hope you're okay, it’s tough, but don’t beat yourself up. Start by looking at what’s draining you the most and cutting out the small, unnecessary stuff that eats away at your time or energy. You don’t need to do everything, just focus on what’s most important. Setting small, realistic goals like making sure you attend at least one more day of school or dedicating a short time each day for studying could help take the pressure off without feeling overwhelmed. It doesn’t have to be a whole day or hours of study—maybe just 20–30 minutes.
Also, rest is essential. You can’t pour from an empty cup, and if you’re exhausted, it’s gonna make everything harder. Even small breaks can help reset your mind. Don’t feel like you have to be running at full speed all the time; it’s okay to slow down, focus on recovery, and come back stronger.
And lastly, stop comparing yourself to others. Everyone has different struggles, even if they’re not obvious. You’re doing your best, and that’s enough for now. Keep taking it one step at a time, and give yourself credit for every little win. 🤍

From what I know and see, sometimes you can see people who manage to do a lot of things, but you never know how much it costs.
Sometimes, I feel so bad that I want to do nothing, but I still do everything. I don't know how; I just block all the thoughts and do what I have to do.
And struggling is okay, and there is nothing wrong with you. You're right; there are a lot of people who face the same. Have you tried therapy? It helped me a lot some time ago.
Also, try to prioritize the things you have to do. Start from the most important, make a pause, have some rest, and then try to do something else. Maybe, try studying in libraries and cafes, maybe such places will motivate you more. I spend a lot of time in libraries
