Security Clearance timelines 2025

Hello,

I submitted mine 5th of Feb 2025.
Now it has been 29 days since I submitted it.
Anyone has similar experiences?

They did yes to which I replied in 20 min, nothing major, why, it can mean something like it would take longer? Also had to submit a residency waiver but it was all done in 2 days

Cs clearances take ages if your a first time joiner. Could be months.

Official parliamentary response to this question was 96% of CTC and SC clearances taking 25 days.

You guys may be waiting a while! I submitted mine in September 2024 and it still hasn't concluded...

It just depends on how many they have to clear etc. Some could take two weeks come could take months and months.

I submitted mine in February 2025 but since its taking too long, just got my job offer taken away out of the blue
