Eligibility for student loan

I am on a 10years private/family visa, my children are British citizen. I came into the UK 18years next month. Am I eligible for student loan. Thank you

Hi Stephen,
I am from Nigeria, I came in the UK April 2007 as a dependant of work permit but our indefinite leave to remain was refused in 2012, we appealed and we are granted 10years family/private visa in 2017. Thank you

You can also make an application and the assessors will review and determine this.

Hi there, yes, you can make an application. If it's for a full time undergraduate course then you can apply now by creating or logging into your online account: https://www.gov.uk/student-finance-register-login Thanks, Jason
