Will i be moved down next year?

I'm in year 9 rn and im afraid of being moved down in maths next year. i got 24/40 on a end of term assesement and the average was 27/40 and the first mini test we done i got 13/20 however on like 5 mini test i got 17-20 20 is most you can get.my grade average is 72 percent it was 80 percent but dropped. I might have an end-of-spring one and I defo have a end of year one and im scared about doing bad on it so I started learning content like quad equations and sim equations gonna do some other things but the main point is willl I get moved down next year. The highest mark in set 3 was 27/40 and the second highest there was 25/40. In set 2 and 3 no one really got higher than 30. but in my set(1) about half the class maybe im kinda guessing got 30+ and average was 27/40 and i got 24/40.... lowest was im guessing 20/40 but maybe not.do you think ill get set 2,3,4 next year? i really dont wanna drop to set 3 or 4 . i would be mad at being set 2 but not as mad as 3 and 4 as they are foundation.what do you guys think will i get set 1 in year 10??

Obviously this is school specific, but most schools don’t move your set until you show a consistent pattern- 1 off mark to an average of 70+% is not going to move you. Similarly, it would be very unusual to move someone averaging As and Bs to a foundation class where the max you can get is a C

Just try a little revision if it helps (your grades and nerves), I am in Y9 too, 3 marks below average isn't that deep tbh, so just try hard and I'm sure you'll succeed!

tbh I would aim for the highest that I can, but I would think that 30+ in both assessments would be a good score.
