Tenancy Takeover St Luke's View, Liverpool

I'm looking for someone to takeover my tenancy in St Luke's View student accommodation in Liverpool!
This will be available from 7th of April 2025 and will need to check out by the 5th of July 2025.
It's a £160 a week which you would be paying in full for the term.

It's a 5 bedroom flat which you would be sharing with 2 girls and 2 boys. The room is an en-suite with a small double bed. There's a spacious kitchen which you would be sharing with the others. The flat is on floor 5 with a view of the courtyard which is an outdoor social space. There's a communal area and study space downstairs and also includes a bike storage, laundry room and vending machines!
Bedroom includes a full sized mirror, wardrobe, 2 drawers, storage space under the bed and also above the bed on the wall!
Bathroom includes a toilet, sink, shower and storage space behind the mirror!
Kitchen includes a fridge freezer, corner sofa, island with chairs, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and a hob. Also, comes with a hoover and a mop!
There's 24/7 assistance and CCTV's to keep you safe!
This accommodation is only 10 minutes away from Uni of Liverpool and only 5 minutes away from John Moores. Also, it's only 10 minutes away from the lime street station!
