University of Manchester Accomodation

Hi I’m thinking of firming UoM for BSc Management for 2025-26. I don’t really want to stay in UoM accommodation as it’s not very central or that great. I was looking at Unite Students accommodation, is this mainly Manchester Metropolitan students, or is it like an even mix of UoM students and MMU students?

Mainly MMU and some 3rd year UOM students. There is some accommodation closer than fallowfield (Whitworth, Hulme, Denmark) but it can be quite pricy and even then, its still more around the uni than the city centre. Most UOM students end up in fallowfield for the nightlife and/or price and are either in uni halls or private ones nearby (which can be a lot cheaper!).

The student accommodation in Manchester of Unite Students is usually aimed at students from a number of universities and is not specific to one university. Artisan Heights and Bridgewater Heights are in excellent locations, close to the city centre area, and offer modern rooms with plenty of community facilities to suit your requirements.
