Yes you can start now. Start with your weak points in those subjects and practice past papers. I think uplearn can be helpful with chem and physics and allery chemistry on YouTube.

maybe, maybe not. but start revising from now.
for maths - TL maths on youtube basically teaches the course, they have a spreadsheet on their website which you can download and use to filter for your exam board and topics. once you've somewhat understood your topics spam questions. you can use madasmaths, maths genie, pmt and i'm sure there are other websites too. just do questions.
chemistry - spam ppqs and revise the topics you struggle with. but essentially memorising what the markscheme wants you to write will help a lot for chemistry, espeicially if you don't have much time. the questions tend to repeat their style a lot.
i can't help with physics cause i don't take the subject, but i do bio and chem so i guess physics revision would be similar in that doing loads of ppqs and learning what the markscheme wants is key.
good luck!! please try and start revising from now, even a little bit a day will add up in the long term

i got this thing called snaprevise to revise phsyics. it’s really good and it’s aparently good for chemistry. maths is a bit boring on there but there’s youtube vids that you can watch.

Admittedly as a mature student i am only doing one A level,
Though i work full time and do plenty of overtime.
I will finish my course in the next few days (self taught) giving me about 8 weeks for revision.
In the past this has proved fine, indeed i have always felt ready for my exams, after all there comes a time when you are as ready as you will ever be.
The more pertinent question for yourself is how have you been during the course?
If you have been taking it in and keeping up with the work then you should not be in a bad position.
