When should we start applying how do you apply for the bursary if you do nursing, and how does it all work if you have children

SFE is expecting to open applications mid-March. By bursary, do you mean the NHS Wales Bursary or the NHS Learning Support Fund? If the latter, once you have confirmation that you are eligible for student finance, you apply through the link on the following page:
