If you become a member of a society that is quirky, does it make you quirky as well?

Not if I'm already quirky, eh eh?

Who said that being quirky was a bad thing anyway. Personally, I think that quirkiness is hotstuff. Almost as hot as goldfishes in fact.
Your opinion?

I don't think anyone said anything about quirkiness being bad, just that the society was quirky.

I agree, the difference between quirky and kinky is a couple of letters.

Quite correct.
3, in fact. Letters that is.

This society is rather inactive.

Wit should be invasive, not insular.

Now: go forth, and pullulate.

You haven't so to speak answered the question - why did you tell her to go pullulate, what it a random insult - or simply a slip of the keyboard?

Whichever one it is, both ideas are funny.

It is to be construed as a broad policy initiative: I apologise if this was not abundantly evident in my previous post.

Sounds like Tory policy in a nutshell

abundant evidence, like water running out of a big tap, like the ones you get at a hotel.

Oh, I shall.

And in order to persuade prospective Witsters that the nature of wit in this society is indeed invasive, I will assume that your name stems from the latter of my 2 options.

"Ohhh Profesh, you're every womansh shecret fantashy!"

After all, in most of the possible situations this interpretation may lead you to imagine, the more the merrier, eh?

"If music be the food of love, play on" I say.

Good day.

PS. Profesh, Sir.

I thought it my duty to gently inform you that the link in your signature claiming to lead to the "TSR Wit Society" now leads to a (closed) discussion on toilet paper. Ironic indeed, but not quite witty.

If of course this is a deliberate "mistake" intended as a joke, I'm afraid that the punchline needs explaining, to me at least.

My quite right what? My quite right monkey, goldfish or pink polkadot parakeet? Surely the nature of wit, be it invasive or insular, should be concisely caustic.
PS: can I join your society

Profesh, why do more and more people have [username]'s as their Title? Not whoring yourself out to populism, are you?
