Ok I think I'm in the right place.

I have come to see you Gods for some ideas.

I need a witty title for my journal that I will be posting in the Fitness forum. The journal will contain my food intake and exercise routines. Some people have offered some suggestions so far but I know you guys can wipe the floor with those *******s.

All suggestions will be put in a thread with a poll where people will vote. Rep will be given for whatever people vote as the most witty title :yep:

Shovel your wit this way!

it is strange, is it not, how wit has not evolved at all with the english language. considering Oscar Wilde died in 1901, the wit he is merited and most famous for is still current even now.

Ah, what an intellectually narcissistic gathering this is. Well that was my expectation - which was invalidated when streaming down the list of 'sub alterns'.

Surely this should be a wit appreciation society?

No offence.

'Tis both. Hence the necessity of hierarchy.

when asked the question what is heavier ' a ton of bricks or a ton of feathers? then we all know the answer. . .if asked what would you rather be thrown into. . .then what would your answer be?

If asked what I would rather throw to my little brother, I'd answer different from when asked your question.

After being a member for a year and a half, that was your wittiest moment?

not for this post but for personifying the aloof pomposity of TSR junkies- by this I mean people whose way with words and drole sense of humour win positive reputation on internet forums but for all their witty eloquence sadly never win over people in the real world. To put it simply, self righteous cutting comments doesn't cut it in the real world and verbose verbeage doesn't get the vagina - go get some friends.
Hands up who else uses their "witty eloquence" to "win over people in the real world"? Just wondering whether or not I'm the only one.

I lost them, though, when they saw me looking at my computer screen with my hand up.
