A/B --> A* Alevel maths

In Y12 + just got my pre-predicted UCAS grades pretty happy except I really really want an A* in maths - I was predicted an A (but tbh it was too generous as I have been achieving straight Bs/low As) .
Does anyone who got A* have any tips?
I really don't like maths and find it difficult as my teacher just sets work and doesn't teach so its basically slef teach and cuz of that I never really want to revise it/ I don't revise it that much in comparison to bio and chem wich i love cuz of my teachers.
Any tips would be soo helpful

Hi i have got A* on my A level math and I think my biggest tip is if you feel like you are struggling (or doesnt feel easy) on the basic questions you should start practicing on that part by doing A LOT of questions because having the strong foundation is the key to success in A level math (if you are struggling with basic questions you won't be able to solve challenging questions). For me it was the easiest subject to get high score by just doing questions compared to like science subjects (because science subjects also require understanding but math doesn't) And when the times come near your exam, do past papers multiple times and drill yourself just doing limitless questions. This might sounds too much work but honestly try with doing questions for 1hour everyday for each topic. Good luck!
