Hi! I am looking to transfer my contract for a private room in Moonraker point for term 3: End of April to end of June, with option to extend.

Rent: £3360 for the duration of term 3.
Lease Term: From April 24th to June 21st. willing to negotiate about move in date if needed before April 24th.
Private Bathroom, Heating, Shared Kitchen
Facilities:
Kitchen includes a large wardrobe, heating, and a shared kitchen/lounge area with 8 hobs, 2 ovens, 1 microwave, ironing table, vacuum cleaner, etc. The space is very spacious. The building has a 24-hour reception for parcel collection, and offers free amenities like , pool table, ping pong table, study room, and laundry room.
there is a private gym right downstairs for easy access.
Transportation:
6 minute walk to Borough station on Northern Line
4 minute walk to Southward station on Jubilee line.
Approx. 20 minutes by subway to King's College London Strand campus by bus or walking.

Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find Sainsbury's, Costa Coffee, Tesco, Tops Pizza.
Within a 10 minute walk to Bankside you will find black sheep coffee, M&S, amazon fresh.
