UCL Urban Planning & Real Estate?
I know 5 people who went to this course, and 4 of them got offers on the first week of March from past years. Did people start receiving offers for tihs course yet? I'm guessing they have. If anyone got accepted, please let me know your stats

Not had an offer yet for this course, waiting since Oct to hear back, hopefully not too long to wait now

I checked last year's admisssions and it came out first/second week of march. my friend and i also applied, with 39 and 42 which is A*AA and A*A*A. havent heard back yet. may i ask what your stats were?

congrats, im currently in year 12, and was wondering whether you based ur personal statement fully on real estate? did you only apply to courses related to real estate?

my personal statement had absolutely nothing to do with real estate. ucl clearly doesnt care abt personal statement if youre comfortably above the requirement

Not real estate but I applied for urban planning design and management and got my offer 21st of march after applying 20ish of January (2 months after application)!

Hi I’m a home student who takes the IBDP and was offered a contextual of 32 points! (Equivalent to the alevel contextual of BBB if you take alevels x)

Also irrespective of my offer, my personal statement was incredibly strong. So for UCL (specifically The Bartlett) I think grades matter to meet the basic requirements but above all else your personal statement needs to be really good and reflect enthusiasm for the course especially if your grades aren’t amazing because they’ll recognise you genuinely want to peruse the degree. Because my friend got in for Msci Architecture with a 30 points IBDP offer whereas people with 43/45 were getting rejected.

UP is Urban planning 😭😭 like is that what you’ll be studying at UCL? And if so which one, UP and real estate lr UP design and management? And lucky you tbf my offers reduced but still gotta revise bares
