Using ai for English folio sqa

Has anyone used ai for English folio and not been flagged for it? What are the rules set by the sqa and what is you just write like ai

I advise you DO NOT use AI, it can be very tempting but don't because there's no way the SQA allow that, they want original work. It would get flagged and you might risk losing all your qualifications

my friend used it for her higher english folio last year and got away w it. but i dont think it was worth it as she was incredibly anxious for months until she got her results that they'd find out and disqualify her. so i wouldnt recommend haha

ive just submitted my folio and i used ai but tried to paraphrase it but I've put it through like 15 ai detectors and keep getting different results. Im so stressed
Honestly, the amount of time it took you paraphrase everything and run it through that many detectors, you may as well have just done the work.

Getting the grade isn’t the point, thinking about the work as you do it is.
