Kings apply glitch

Hi I have no idea what to do and I need some advice. Two weeks ago I received an offer for English at KCL including the offer letter in a pdf on the kings apply portal. However the next day the offer was gone from the portal and it’s been like this for weeks. I tried to message them but they haven’t replied and I called but I could only get through to a student advisor who only logged into my kings apply and they said there was no way to contact the admissions team. The main problem here is that it’s not on UCAS either and I want to respond to offers. What do you think I should do?
