problems with durham enrolment

really annoying that i can’t upload a screenshot here 😭 but i got emails from durham with my username and password to enrol. i got as far as getting the microsoft authenticator app and signing in on there. then when i went back to my browser as it said on the browser “when finished [setting up account in app] come back to this set up experience” but when i try to press next to move onto the next step it says “we’re sorry, we ran into a problem. please chose next to try again”. i’ve tried again and again i don’t know how to move onto. i also tried closing the browser and opening it again. help.
