ATAS for a programme with rotations

Hi everyone,
I've been accepted into a PhD programme with several rotations during the first year of study. That’s why the research proposal in my offer looks like a list of different fields (ranging from machine learning to molecular biology).
However, I've heard that a PhD research proposal needs to be quite specific. Maybe some of you have been in a similar situation and applied with the research proposal as it is. I wonder is this really a problem, or am I overthinking it?
