No not yet, they like to keep us waiting 😅 I’m guessing we will probably hear back by the end of next week as it will have been 7 weeks from the last interview date!

My friend in the year below does biology chemistry and art (year 12) and her stats are as shown as predictions / achieved GCSE
7 in art rest 4s including combined science trilogy AQA GCSE (dunno how the sixth form let her do science a levels ah but she is predicted BCC B in art realistically she’s gonna get a C she said
She is just worried about her options as she wants to be a dentist. Is there some other route or foundation year she can do? She’s got no contextual eligibility

I’m afraid this would be very hard. Even for people with 3As there’s a tiny chance they would get in. Maybe try doing another degree first and going for post grad. Seen someone with bad a level doing that and got in

I got a Cardiff offer on the 17th of march but I rejected it because I got Sheffield offer instead👍

Hiya,
Glad to hear your friend is so passionate about dentistry! Unfortunately we only offer an 'International foundational year' for people who English is not their first language, and we do not offer a foundation year otherwise. Our school of dentistry is very competitive, and they would need to meet the minimum requirements.
