Bolton needs to be shut down at the earliest opportunity.

Update - the Vice Chancellor is now suspended, along with the Provost and another member of staff. A police investigation. The very serious allegations involve finances and fraud. involves international students and racism very shocking, but much much more than that going on over the years.

That's not much to do with it being apparently mired in fraud and police being involved though.
