Hello, I recently received an offer to study HSPS at Homerton collage.
Does anyone who has been or currently at this collage have any advice surrounding the lifestyle at this collage?
I know that it is very far out, but possibly more sociable?
Particularly regarding nightlife, friends etc.

Obtaining an offer from Cambridge while being unable to spell the word college is quite an achievement.

It's really not 'very far out', its a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of town, an 8 minute cycle down one single road, and there is a bus stop right outside the gates. You'd consider that close if you were in London or Bristol etc. There are shops and food outlets right nearby (Cambridge Leisure), if you like the music/performance scene, The Junction is very close by. The College has got great facilities and nice outdoor space.
It's a very chilled place, and the Head of College has a great rep. It's quite large, so lots of opportunity to make friends - remember that at least 25% of the student population will be brand new like you at the start of term.
