Substitute Uni?

Hi, i’ve recently just sent off my uni application on the 4th of March actually. I’ve decided i’ve changed my mind and want to substitute one of my chosen universities. I’m aware that you can still substitute 14days after your welcome email, my welcome email came on the 4th which mean i still have time. However, i was wondering how would i do it? Do i contact ucas first or do i contact the admission team on the uni i want to substitute? Furthermore, i already received offers from the uni’s i wanna substitute, will this change anything

You log into UCAS Hub. Alongside each of your five choices you should see an option to substitute it. You can do this all on-line, and don't need to involve the university or UCAS. However, if you're having a problem, call UCAS on Monday morning.

i’ve already received an offer from the uni’s i want to substitute, will this change anything?

It will. You still have the right to substitute it within 14 days, but you can no longer do it via UCAS Hub. You'll have to call UCAS and have them do it for you.
