Ucl Msc clinical mental health sciences

Hey

I have gotten into the clinical mental health sciences MSc at ucl. My concern is the degree isn’t BPS Accredited, which is a requirement to work as psychologist in uk ( dclinpsyc ) Is there any way I can get my masters accredited without having to do a conversion course or I should just apply to some other university

Hi, I’m pretty sure UCL has another msc which acts as a conversion course - https://www.ucl.ac.uk/prospective-students/graduate/taught-degrees/child-development-msc. That’s only if you’re willing to focus more on developmental psych as opposed to clinical research for your msc.

Is your bachelors BPS accredited? If you have your bachelors accredited then you do not need to have your MSc also BPS accredited to move on to the dclinpsy
