As you live in England, you will need to apply to Student Finance England for a tuition fee loan and a maintenance loan. Applications are expected to open mid-March although the exact date is yet to be announced.

You apply for finance based on where you live - not where you go to university. You can apply for finance through SFE for unis in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
