Uni acceptance

Hi everyone was just wondering I have a passion about learning food science/ or be a physiotherapist in the future and I was wondering I done GCSE double award science and got an A in my GCSE food and nutrition. To get to the point I was wondering do u have to do these subjects such as biology and food and nutrition in A level to get accepted into the university for a degree in food science or will they accept GCSE level?

Leeds: A-level: ABB including two science subjects (including at least one of Chemistry, Physics, Biology or Mathematics)

Reading: ABB including B in two sciences (at least one must be a core science)* Core sciences: Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Maths.
Accepted additional sciences: Food Technology, Further Maths, Statistics, Psychology, Geography, Environmental Science/Studies, Applied Science, Geology, Home Economics, IT, Computer Science, PE.

Coventry: BBC to include Biology or Chemistry. Excludes General Studies.

Queen's Uni Belfast: https://www.qub.ac.uk/courses/undergraduate/food-science-nutrition-bsc-db6k/#entry

Those are the first four unis that came up om Google. All of them want biology and/or another science(s). You don't need biology or food and nutrition if you have other science subjects that they accept, but I'd recommend looking at the entry requirements on the websites of different unis.
