Is UEA good for night life?

Hi, I want to do management with marketing at UEA, I’ve seen the campus and it’s very nice and apparently student life is great but I’m wondering how good the night life is, please lmk any advice I would love ❤️❤️❤️

Hey! Great to hear you’re considering UEA for Management with Marketing! The campus is amazing, and student life here is genuinely fantastic—there’s always something happening.

As for nightlife, Norwich has a great scene for students! It’s not as wild as bigger cities like London or Manchester, but it’s got a solid mix of bars, pubs, and clubs. Places like Mantra, Mercy, and Loft are popular with students, and the SU puts on some great events too (DAMN GOOD is a student favourite!).

Plus, if you’re into more chilled nights, there are loads of cosy pubs and live music venues around the city.

Overall, Norwich has a great balance of nightlife without being overwhelming, and you’ll definitely find your vibe.

I can't speak for clubs as I've never been personally, but bars like the playhouse, last pub standing, the mischief etc are great. I've heard good things about bars like gonzo's tea room as well, though I've never been to them

It's safe to say there's something for everyone, and you'll have plenty of great nights out !!
