Can My Fee Status Be Reassessed?

I enrolled onto a 3 year bsc program at QMUL last year. They assessed me for “overseas” fee and I somehow managed to pay for the first year.

This year, my brother applied and got all “home” offers so far. Our Visa details and everything are the same but he also received a fee questionnaire.

Upon reviewing the UKCISA’s guidelines, I figured that if QMUL sent me a fee assessment form, I would’ve been classified as “Home”.

I know it’s best to ask the fee department but I have already emailed them and they take ages to respond. Getting really stressed over this so thought I’ll get what you guys think.

Would it be possible to get a refund for the extra I paid in the first year? Also, will they reassess my fee?
