(Kingston) changing course

I have applied to Kingston university for Fine Art and have received an unconditional offer. However, I have started to become very interested in interior design and would possibly want to change the course I applied to. Is it possible to change my course without having to go through clearing? Or should I accept my offer and take on fine art and change it during the first week, as I have heard many people change their course in the beginning?
