Access to He colleges for law?

Hey I'm just wondering if there are any physical colleges that does an Access to He in law that you would recommend?

I plan to do an Access course and then go on to read law at Oxbridge or London Unis ( I can't do A levels at most physical colleges and FE colleges do not have the best rep, especially for something as academically challenging as A levels).

Has anyone else done an Access course and ended up at Oxbridge/London Unis (preferably for law)? I would appreciate if you could recommend your college to me.

Even if you didn't get into law I would appreciate if you could recommend your college if u got into top London unis/ Oxbridge (as that means the counsellors would know what they're doing in terms of recommendation and PS guidance).

Thanks in advance!

Hello! I have taught on Access to HE for over 10 years - albeit it different pathways.

There are some colleges that do Access to HE Law, however, when there was budget cuts in the sector about 7 years ago, this was one of the programs that typically disappeared with a lot of providers. Nottingham and City of Oxford College I believe do a program.

Depending on entry requirements, some students have done an Access to HE Social Science's pathway and progressed into law; this is made up of Sociology, Psychology, and Criminology. It has very diverse progression routes, some learners have gone on to study Primary Teaching, Politics, Social Work, Cyber Crime etc

This could be a potential route for you, however, I would speak to the admissions tutor at the University/ies of your choice first
